Who controls your data
Trust Measured is operated by 3reesixty LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States.
3reesixty LLC is the data controller for the personal data described here. Write to support@trustmeasured.com for anything in this policy, or by post to 3reesixty LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States.
What we store
Your email address and, if you provide one, a display name. Your purchase record. Your reading position, bookmarks and notes. Your client records, instrument entries and score history in Trust Measured OS.
That is everything held against your account. Separately, this site runs three measurement tools, described in full below. They record how the site is used, not what you write in it.
When you start checkout, your Stripe payment record also keeps the technical details needed to match a purchase to the advertisement that led to it: your IP address, your browser’s user agent, the page you started from, and the Meta browser and click identifiers described in our Cookie Policy, if your browser holds them.
What we do not store
We never see or store your card details. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe, and your card information does not pass through this website.
We do not store your password. Sign-in is by emailed link; if you choose to set a password, it is stored only as a cryptographic hash by our authentication provider.
Who can see your notes and client records
You, and nobody else. Access to your notes, bookmarks, reading activity, client records and instrument data is restricted at the database level to your own account. Administrators managing the book and its readers cannot read them.
Analytics, advertising measurement and session analytics
This site runs three measurement tools, and they load when a page loads. They are here to tell us which pages people arrive on, which of them lead to a purchase, where people get stuck, and whether the advertising that pays for this is working. None of them is used to decide anything about you individually.
Google Analytics reports the pages you visit on this site, roughly where in the world you are, and what kind of device and browser you use. When you complete a purchase, the fact of the sale and its amount are reported.
The Meta pixel measures whether advertising on Facebook and Instagram leads to purchases here. This is the one worth being plain about: the pixel is advertising infrastructure, and Meta can connect what it records here with a Facebook or Instagram account and with activity on other sites carrying the same pixel.
When you buy, we report the sale to Meta from two places: the pixel on the page you reach after paying, and our own server, through Meta’s Conversions API, so that the sale is still counted if that page never loads. With the sale we send your email address, your name, and the city, region, postal code and country from your billing details, each turned into a one-way SHA-256 hash before it leaves our systems. Meta receives a scrambled code, not the words, and uses it to match the sale to a Facebook or Instagram account that saw an advertisement. We also send the amount paid, your IP address, your browser’s user agent and the Meta cookie identifiers.
The pixel also uses Meta’s automatic advanced matching: contact details you type into a form on this site, such as your name at checkout, are hashed in your browser in the same way and sent with the page’s events.
Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used — scrolling, clicks, and a replay of the pointer moving through the layout — so we can see where a page confuses people. Clarity masks text content by default, so what it plays back is the shape of the session rather than the words on the screen.
Your card details are never sent to any of them. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity never receive your name or email address, and Meta receives them only in the hashed form described above.
Nothing you write inside the book or inside Trust Measured OS is sent anywhere. Your notes, your bookmarks, your client records and your instrument scores are not part of this and never reach Google, Meta or Microsoft.
The free score calculators on this site are not part of any of this either. They run entirely in your browser: no client name, no email, no account, and the numbers you enter are never transmitted.
The lawful basis we rely on
For your account, your purchase and delivery of the product: performance of the contract between you and us. For transactional email such as sign-in links and receipts: the same.
For analytics, advertising measurement and session analytics: our legitimate interest in understanding how this site is used and whether the advertising that funds it works. You can refuse all three at any time by the means described below, and refusing costs you nothing on this site.
For keeping purchase and tax records: our legal obligations.
Turning it off
Any browser content blocker will stop all three tools, and this site works normally without them. Blocking them costs you nothing.
A content blocker does not stop the purchase report our server sends to Meta. You have the right to object to it: write to support@trustmeasured.com.
Google publishes an opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Meta’s advertising preferences are in your Facebook or Instagram account settings, under Ads. Microsoft publishes a Clarity opt-out at clarity.microsoft.com/terms.
You can also ask us directly. Write to support@trustmeasured.com and we will tell you what we can see and, where the tool allows it, have it removed.
Processors we use
Supabase (accounts, database, file storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Netlify (hosting), Google Analytics, Meta and Microsoft Clarity (measurement, as described above). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
All of them process data in the United States, and we are established there. Where personal data of people in the EEA or the UK is transferred, it is transferred under the transfer mechanisms those providers offer, including standard contractual terms.
How long we keep it
Your account and the work in it are kept for as long as you have an account. Delete your account and they go with it.
Purchase and tax records are retained for as long as accounting and tax law requires, which is longer than the account itself.
The measurement tools keep their own records under their own retention policies, which are set by Google, Meta and Microsoft rather than by us.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, restrict or object to processing, or ask for your account and everything in it to be deleted. Write to support@trustmeasured.com and we will act within 30 days. There is no self-service export today; we produce the copy for you.
Deleting your account deletes your notes, bookmarks, client records and instrument history permanently. Purchase records are retained where tax or accounting law requires it.
If you are in the EEA or the UK and you think we have handled your data badly, you may complain to your national data protection authority. We would rather you told us first.
Cookies
A short summary: one essential cookie keeps you signed in, and the three measurement tools set cookies of their own when a page loads.
Our Cookie Policy sets out each category in full, including what is set, by whom, and how to refuse it.
