Trust Measured is operated by 3reesixty LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States.

Throughout this document, "we", "us" and "our" mean 3reesixty LLC. "Trust Measured" means the product — the Trust Singularity digital book and the Trust Measured OS — not a company. 3reesixty LLC is the seller and the merchant of record for every purchase made here, and the charge on your statement will read 3REESIXTY.

A personal licence to read Trust Singularity through this website and to use Trust Measured OS. Access is tied to your account, not to a device, so you can use it on as many of your own devices as you like.

Access to the digital book is permanent. Complete Trust Measured OS access is included in the launch purchase and is permanent for launch buyers; that is a launch-only benefit, and after the launch period the OS is offered separately at $197 per year to new customers. A launch purchase is not affected by that change.

If you bought the book on its own ($7 since 10 October 2026; $27 before), your licence covers the digital book and the two companion guides that come with it (the Connection Codebreaker Assessment and the AI-Proof Relationship Building Checklists), and any add-ons you bought: the Trust Acceleration Templates ($7), the Trust Measured video course ($20) and Trust Measured OS ($27), whether ticked at checkout or added later from your account. The video course and Trust Measured OS are not part of the book itself. Each add-on is paid once, and access to it is permanent once bought.

You are buying access to use the product. You are not buying the right to redistribute it, resell it, publish extracts beyond ordinary quotation, share your sign-in links, or use its contents to train a machine-learning model. The licence is personal; team and shared-workspace rights are not granted by this licence.

This is digital content delivered immediately. Your account is created and access is opened as soon as your payment succeeds, without waiting.

By completing your purchase you expressly request that we begin supplying that digital content immediately, and you acknowledge that once supply has begun you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off that would otherwise apply to digital content — for example the fourteen-day right under EU and UK consumer law. This is stated again at checkout, next to the payment form, before you pay.

That waiver concerns the statutory cooling-off right only. It does not affect the refund terms described in our Refund Policy, and it does not affect your rights where the product is faulty, not as described, or not supplied.

The book bought on its own, the Trust Acceleration Templates and Trust Measured OS bought separately each come with a 30-day refund with no conditions. The launch bundle comes with a conditional 90-day implementation guarantee, which asks you to run the system before judging it. Both are set out in full in our Refund Policy, including exactly what qualifies and what does not.

It is offered in addition to your legal rights, not instead of them. Nothing in the guarantee, and nothing in these terms, removes or limits any right you have under the consumer law that applies where you live. Where that law gives you a remedy broader than this guarantee, that law applies.

Your account is created automatically when your payment succeeds. Keep your email address current — it is how you sign in, and how access is recovered.

Do not share your sign-in links. They grant access to your account, including anything you have written in it.

Anything you write in the book or record in Trust Measured OS belongs to you. It is private by default and is not read, published or used for any purpose by us.

You choose what a client record contains. The instruments work on behaviours and dates rather than on contracts or commercial terms, and a first name or an internal label is enough for every one of them to function. Only record information about third parties that you are permitted to hold.

If your access ends for any reason, your notes, bookmarks, client records and instrument history are retained rather than deleted, so that restored access returns you to the work as you left it. You may delete them yourself at any time.

We aim to keep the product available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Where a fault prevents you using it for a sustained period, contact us and we will put it right.

The author may correct, clarify or extend the text and the instruments. Your access covers the product as it stands at any given time, including revisions.

If we change these terms materially, the updated date at the top of this page changes with them, and where the change affects rights you have already paid for we will tell you by email rather than only publishing it here.
