Refunds are issued by 3reesixty LLC to the original payment method.

It depends on what you bought, and your receipt says which. The book on its own and each add-on (the Trust Acceleration Templates, the video course and Trust Measured OS, at whatever price you paid) come with a 30-day refund with no conditions, set out first below. The launch bundle (the book, Trust Measured OS and three companion guides together, for $49) comes with the 90-day implementation guarantee set out after it.

Read it and score one client. If it is not worth what you paid, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No conditions, and nothing to prove.

The same applies to each add-on, the Trust Acceleration Templates, the video course and Trust Measured OS, whether you ticked it at checkout or added it later: email us within 30 days of that purchase and we refund it in full.

Each is refunded on its own. Refunding an add-on removes only that item and leaves the book as it is. Refunding the book ends access to the book and the two companion guides that came with it; if you also bought add-ons and want them refunded too, say so in the same email.

The $49 launch bundle comes with a 90-day implementation guarantee. It is deliberately not a no-questions-asked refund, and it is worth being plain about why: this is a system for changing how you work over a quarter. Nothing in it can be judged in a week, because the behaviours it measures — promises kept, proactive contact, deposits made before asks — only become visible over time.

So the guarantee asks you to do the work first. Complete the implementation, and if it has not produced value for you, you get every penny back. Do not complete it, and there is nothing to evaluate.

This guarantee is something we offer on top of your legal rights. It is not a substitute for them, and the section on statutory rights below governs wherever the two meet.

All four of the following, within 90 days of purchase:

1. You completed the full 90-Day Singularity Sprint from start to finish.

2. You tracked at least three real client relationships throughout — not one, and not three names entered on the last day.

3. You recorded the instrument data the Sprint asks for: Trust Singularity Scores, your expectation ledger, and your proactivity and value-first records.

4. Having done all of that, you cannot identify meaningful value in how you understand, manage or strengthen your professional relationships.

Buying the book, not opening it, and asking for the money back. Starting the Sprint and abandoning it in week two. Adding a single client and deciding the system is not for you. Reading the whole book without running a single instrument.

This is not us being difficult. A guarantee that pays out to people who did not implement the system is not a guarantee of anything — it just prices the risk into what everyone else pays. We would rather keep the price where it is and ask you to actually run the thing.

Nothing in this policy removes, limits or replaces any right you have under the consumer law that applies where you live. Where that law gives you a right broader than this guarantee — to cancel, to a repair, a replacement, a price reduction or a refund — that law applies and we will honour it, and the conditions above do not apply to it.

One thing to know about immediate access. Trust Measured is digital content supplied as soon as you pay, and at checkout you expressly ask us to begin supplying it and acknowledge that doing so ends any statutory cooling-off right that would otherwise apply — in the EU and the UK, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal for digital content. That is the only statutory right affected, and it is affected because you asked for immediate access rather than waiting.

It does not touch anything else. If the product is faulty, not as described, or not supplied, your rights are unaffected and the 90 days and the Sprint do not come into it.

Email support@trustmeasured.com from the address you bought with: within 30 days of purchase for the book, the templates or the OS bought separately, or within 90 days for the launch bundle. For the 30-day refund that is all you need to do. For the bundle's guarantee, your implementation record is already in Trust Measured OS, so you do not need to assemble evidence or send screenshots — tell us it is there and we will look. Either way, tell us what did not land if you are willing; it is genuinely useful to us.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.

Access to what was refunded ends when the refund is processed: the book and its companion guides for a book refund, the templates for a templates refund, the OS for an OS refund. Your notes, bookmarks, client records and instrument history are kept rather than deleted — if you buy again later, they will be waiting exactly as you left them.

The conditions above are for judging whether the system worked for you. They are not a shield against faults on our side. If you were charged twice, could not get access, lost work, or hit a defect that stopped you implementing, write to us and we will put it right — the 90 days and the Sprint do not come into it.
